Introduction to CASH Insight*  (2 hours) 
This course is ideal for new users to get up to speed quickly- and as a periodic refresher course for experienced users. By understanding the value CASH Insight offers, participants advance their skills and bring added efficiencies to their organization. Details of the course include inputting financial statements and tax returns; achieving analysis and presentation objectives; customizing charts of accounts; reclassifying accounts; creating supporting schedules; recording comments; and publishing reports to Word, Excel, and PDF files. Sessions are scheduled on a monthly basis. Users may register as often as needed.

Insight Spotlight: Personal Tax Analysis**  (1 hour)
Targeted for those needing to analyze complex personal tax returns and financial statements. Learn how to use CASH Insight's prompts to locate key data in 1040 tax returns, and learn how to focus on and analyze cash flows versus taxable income and expenses.

Insight Spotlight: Business Tax Analysis**  (1 hour)
Targeted for those needing to analyze business tax returns.  Learn how to use CASH Insight's prompts to locate key data in tax returns 1120, 1120S or 1065, and learn how to use Schedule K, M1 and M2 to derive maximum analytical benefit from your analysis. 

Insight Spotlight: Global Analysis**  (45 minutes)
This course is intended for users wanting to know how to determine and evaluate the combined financial capacities of borrower and guarantors as measured at the relationship level. You are already analyzing the borrowers and guarantors in CASH Insight... Now learn how to define relationships by identifying the borrowers and guarantors involved. Then see how easy it is to have CASH Insight combine the relationship members in a combined global analysis of cash flow, debt service coverage, leverage, equity and liquidity.

Insight Spotlight: Publishing Analysis**  (1 hour)
Individuals with fundamental CASH Insight skills wishing to leverage the many reporting options available in the application will benefit greatly from this course. Experience training in sending reports to Word, Excel or PDF Distiller, as well as creating Word-compatible custom report snippets. 

Insight Spotlight: Customizing Analysis**  (1 hour)
Customizing CASH Insight is optimal for individuals who already have basic CASH Insight skills and are ready to perform custom analysis. This class discusses adding, modifying, copying, and deleting custom analysis; creating additional analysis for specific industry templates; custom analysis reporting; and distribution of new analysis to CASH Insight users throughout an organization.

Insight Spotlight: Projections**  (1 hour)
This course is intended for users looking to advance their working knowledge in financial modeling using CASH Insight. Learn to develop financial projections for improved assessment of risks and opportunities of lending to businesses through the analysis of projected financial statements, ratios, trends, cash flows, reconciliations, industry comparisons, and lenders' advisories.

Introduction to CASH OnTrack*  (1.5 hours) 
Targeted for beginning OnTrack users. Topics include: setting user preferences, adding, modifying and using companies and contacts, creating one-off ticklers, creating ticklers by loan/relationship, using OnTrack's grid system to find and filter data, using the CASH Dashboard to manage and receive/waive ticklers, preparing tickler due notices in letter format or email, and using tickler management and audit reports.

Introduction to AIM/AIM-Tracker*  
(2 hours) 
Targeted for beginning AIM users. Topics include: setting user preferences, adding, modifying and using companies and contacts, setting appointments, to-do's and reminders, using AIM's desktop, creating and reporting on expenses, creating call activities, sales tracking, report for file support, using the AIM desktop to receive/waive ticklers, preparing tickler follow-up correspondence, and using tickler management reports.

Introduction to CASH CRE*  (1 hour) 
This course is targeted for those needing to analyze and stress test commercial real estate facilities using CASH CRE. Learn how to analyze historical P&L's, enter and analyze rent rolls, compare properties to other like properties in the portfolio and stress properties to determine impacts on DSC and LTV given possible future structural changes in revenue and expense.

Introduction to CASH Reward*  (1 hour) 
This course is targeted for those needing to learn how to risk rate and grade loans using CASH Reward. Learn how CASH Reward automatically analyzes and grades the historical performance of borrowers and guarantors. Learn how to consistently rate and score non-financial elements of risk. Understand how Reward automatically updates loan grades and risk scores based on newly entered financial or tax returns. Learn how Reward tracks risk over time and learn how to communicate the risk scores within credit memo's and more.

Introduction to CASH Profit*  (1 hour) 
This course is targeted for those needing to learn how to price loans against profitability goals at the facility and relationship level. Learn how to use CASH Profit's goal seeking capabilities to change pricing parameters to meet target returns on equity and/or assets. Review the comprehensive reporting options and learn how to communicate the pricing information within the credit memo's and more.

Introduction to CASH GlobalView*  (1 hour) 
This course is targeted for those needing to learn how to analyze and report portfolio concentrations, risks and trends. Learn how to edit the calculations used with CASH Insight and how to create additional "custom" calculations for use in assessing portfolio performance. Learn how to stress test the C&I, Consumer, and CRE portfolios. Learn how to create, save and reuse ad-hoc reports so that you can report against your analytical needs - even as they evolve over time.
