You will need to enter your username and e-mail address if they are not already entered for you. Also, you will be required to set a new password, and to confirm that password. It is important to create a password that meet the requirements listed on the top portion of the page. It is also to, if possible, create a password that is difficult for someone to break yet easy for you to remember. After you have selected and input your new password, click the Submit button on the lower portion of the page.
