CASH & CASH-Tax - the Predecessors to CASH Insight

CASH and CASH-Tax were first introduced to the Banking community in 1994 as integrated financial analysis solutions designed to provide for the consistent analysis of businesses and individuals.

CASH focused on the analysis of business historical financial statements and tax returns, proformas, projections, industry comparative analysis, loan compliance tracking and more.
 
CASH-Tax focused on the analysis of personal tax returns and financial statements. From the outset, CASH-Tax provide tax year, tax form and tax line specific instructions guiding the user through a consistently applied, comprehensive framework for the analysis of even the most complex of personal tax returns.
 
To leverage the skills and experiences of the analyst's and lenders who would come to use the software, CASH and CASH-Tax were developed to work seamlessly with Microsoft Excel. Using newly introduced features within Microsoft Office™, CASH and CASH-Tax were developed to programmatically control Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
 
Over the succeeding 14 years, CASH and CASH-Tax were continually upgraded and enhanced. Each new version of the software was engineered to be better than the last.
 
With each new version, new and enhanced analytical and publishing features were introduced to make sure CASH and CASH-Tax continued to evolve. CASH and CASH-Tax would continually evolve to become more and more relevant for its users.
 
As we progressed CASH and CASH-Tax we realized that generally as programs become increasingly more sophisticated they also become more complex and difficult to use. For this reason, we continued to enhance and simplify CASH and CASH-Tax’s user interfaces.
 
The result is that paradoxically as CASH and CASH-Tax became more sophisticated they actually became easier and easier to use. Balancing functionality and usability is a commitment to our clients that we keep today!
 
Today, CASH and CASH-Tax have entered their 5th generation as products. With the introduction of the CASH Suite, CASH and CASH-Tax have been rebranded and reintroduced as CASH Insight.
